Gail O'Neill's presence in the equestrian community has been strong for over 35 years. Her early years were spent managing and teaching at various farms throughout Chester County including Green Valley, Radnor Hunt, Bryn Lea, and Swiftwater Farms. Her talent for teaching was evident from the beginning and she was sought out to aid in the oversight and execution of equestrian riding programs at Harcum Junior, Cabrini and Bryn Mawr Colleges. She gained valuable experience teaching and riding in all disciplines from  eventing to show hunters before making her training and competitive focus in dressage.

In 1988, Gail founded Fox Meadow Farm as a boarding and teaching stable. Since then, she has earned her Bronze and Silver Medals through the United States Dressage Federation, has trained several horses through the FEI level, sucessfully competed clients horses and her own throughout Region one, and taught riders of all ages (5-70 years old) and skill levels in dressage and eventing. She provided coaching for the Radnor Hunt Pony Club's National dressage team, as well as creating and training a team of young riders to represent the area at the Regional Junior / YR  Team Championships for 9 years in a row. Their self choreogrphed drill teams made several exhibitions at large competitions such as dressage at Devon and The Ludwigs County Horse Show. For the last 5 years, Gail has provided the riding program for the Indian Springs Summer Camp, an 8 week day camp held in Chester Springs.

Fox Meadow continues on today in the same way it always has thanks to Gail's undying passion for her sport and dedication to the care of her horses. She strives to create an atmosphere in which horses and riders can achieve their goals in a fun and positive way. Her program has become a valued establishment in the Chester County horse community.
